Your role
  • Define training concepts, and conduct workshops and interactive session with our customers teaching them how to use AI to improve shop-floor operations

  • Analyze data and video streams generated by our AI system to identify areas for improvement in assembly operations.

  • Extract actionable insights and develop improvement measures for our customers' assembly lines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and sales teams, to ensure the quality of our solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor on lean manufacturing best practices.

  • Present and explain improvement measures to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and can implement the changes effectively.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvement measures, making adjustments as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure we consistently provide cutting-edge solutions.

Your profile
  • You hold an undergraduate or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement roles.

  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.

  • You have a proven track record of implementing successful lean manufacturing initiatives.

  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • You have superb communication (verbal and written English; German would be a plus) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
