Your Role

As Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic and creative force behind Libra’s external presence. From brand positioning and content to performance marketing, PR, and our website – you will own the full marketing scope. You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth and the leadership team, and you’ll lay the groundwork to build and lead your own team as we scale. The goal: make Libra the leading legal AI brand – in Germany and across Europe.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute Libra’s overall marketing strategy
• Own all channels and areas of our marketing: website, content, social media, performance, PR, events
• Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers) and internal resources
• Build a scalable, data-driven performance marketing engine (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, SEO, analytics)
• Plan and produce high-impact content for our legal target groups
• Help shape Libra’s positioning and narrative in the legal tech space
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and the Leadership team

What you bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
• Proven track record in at least two areas such as content, performance, PR, brand or website
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
• Strong sense for brand, design and clear communication
• Confidence in working with KPIs, tools and external partners
• Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
