Your Role
As GTM Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling our go-to-market engine. You’ll support and run parts of the sales process (especially product demos and onboarding), experiment with messaging and outreach, coordinate campaigns, and help us refine how we attract and convert new customers.
You’ll work directly with the Director of Growth and closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product. The role is perfect for someone who’s entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and excited to shape the commercial side of an early-stage SaaS business.
What you’ll do
- Run product demos for law firms and legal departments, and guide them through trials
- Qualify inbound leads and make sure they get value quickly
- Experiment with outreach messaging, value propositions, and workflows
- Help optimize our website, onboarding journeys, and email flows
- Support campaign planning and execution with Marketing
- Collaborate with Product to feed in insights from customer conversations
- Maintain deal data and CRM hygiene (we use Attio)
- Iterate and help build scalable GTM processes and playbooks
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, consulting, or growth roles
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and in demos
- Ability to understand our product and explain it to legal professionals
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to jump into different tasks
- Experience working with CRM tools and marketing/sales automation is a plus
- Background or interest in law/legal tech is a strong bonus
- Fluent in German and English
