Your Role
As a Legal Engineer at Libra, you will help bridge the gap between legal expertise and AI technology. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers – primarily law firms and legal departments – to deliver real value through AI-powered workflows.
You’ll be part of our product and delivery team, helping define and test new features, building out legal use cases, and conducting hands-on workshops with users. You understand the world of legal professionals and know how to translate their needs into structured solutions using our platform.
This is a customer-facing role that combines legal know-how with a strong interest in technology, workflows, and product thinking.
What you’ll do
- Run workshops with lawyers and legal teams to identify and implement AI-driven use cases
- Translate legal workflows into structured prompts, templates, and assistant logic
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to test and refine new features
- Build reusable components and solutions that can scale across multiple customers
- Deliver onboarding and support to customers during pilot and rollout phases
- Continuously gather feedback from users and translate it into actionable insights
- Help shape how legal innovation is communicated internally and externally
What you bring
- First legal state exam in Germany (erstes Staatsexamen)
- Strong interest in legal innovation, AI, and the future of legal work
- Ability to understand legal workflows and abstract them into system logic
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable leading workshops and trainings
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly
- Experience with legal tech, no-code tools, or software projects is a strong plus
- Fluency in German and English
