Your role as AI Strategy Project Manager is to own and guide the delivery of AI Strategy projects to our customers through and with the team at Merantix. These projects enable companies to pursue AI on a strategic level including case identification, evaluation, execution and the transition to an AI-centric organisation. Your responsibilities are to guide the project and project team in delivering long-lasting value for the client. This ranges from managing the client relationship, guiding stakeholder conversations, steering the delivery team, sparring with internal and external experts and aligning extensively with developers on both sides.
Additionally to the client project work, you are part of the entrepreneurial drive at Merantix, building long-standing client relationships, representing the company to the world, shaping the team and our offering and growing the organisation in the long-term.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Project Delivery - Manage ML Strategy projects to deliver maximum value to clients while mindfully taking into account technical and organisational constraints;
• Customer Relations - Building and maintaining customer relationships, being responsible for understanding their needs, facilitating exchange, and enabling them to grow through our support to building their AI-driven business;
• Thinking Outside the Box - Conceptualizing strategies to enable our clients to leverage AI consistently within and outside of the client's current framework and expectations;
• Advancing the Organisation - Challenging, improving and expanding our offering, fields of expertise and value proposition, by growing the team as well as our skills and processes.
