Merantix Momentum is developing the next generation of impact-driven AI. As a Berlin-based startup, we are accelerating AI adoption across industries by building and deploying B2B solutions. Your role as the AI Business Analyst Working Student is to support the delivery of our AI projects for our customers. You will support initiatives that range from developing AI use cases to creating comprehensive strategies, enabling customers to build impactful AI-driven organizations and effectively address their technology-related needs. We are looking for a candidate that can support us with 15 to 20 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Support on client content: Help create and finalize content and tasks in general for the Professional Services Team.

• Internal Initiatives support: Assist in driving projects and internal initiatives such as OKRs.

• Support with growth opportunities: Supporting and creating content for growth opportunities and, support in creating individual offers and coordinating the involvement of internal and external stakeholders.

• Research and ideation: Aid in the research and ideation processes of decision making and consulting such as finding existing solutions for a given client use case or issue.

Requirements:

• First Experience in IT Consulting or similar: Familiarity with business consulting and project management of IT projects

• Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage personal schedules, prioritize tasks, and ask for help at the right time

• Excellent Communication and Writing Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members in German and English; capable of creating client-facing documents and presentations

• Storytelling and Content creation: Proven ability to create content in form of slides and documents with minimal oversight

• Attention to Detail: Capable of monitoring deliverables, ensuring consistency, and delivering high-quality output

• AI Literacy: Understand basic concepts of AI and AI project management. No need for deep technical knowledge or a formal background in computer or mathematical sciences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background in Business, Management, Engineering, or Computer Science

• Strong GPA proving the ability for excellence

• At least 4th-semester bachelor, preferably master student

• Interest in advancing project management and technical skills

• Motivated to grow into the role and stay long-term as an important part of the team
