Your role
We’re looking for a sharp, resilient, and “go getter” Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to help scale Ovom.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone with 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical, and execution-driven environment—consulting, VC, or startups. If you're someone who wants to start your own company one day, this is the role that gives you the exposure, responsibility, and learning curve to build the right skillset.
You’ll sit at the center of strategy and execution, driving critical projects, optimizing operations, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks. This isn’t a coordination role. This is about ownership, velocity, and getting your hands dirty to help build one of the most ambitious healthcare companies in Europe.

Your Impact
  • Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO – helping drive focus, alignment, and fast execution across the business
  • Own cross-functional projects - from finance and ops to comms and product.
  • Prepare crisp updates, dashboards, and board materials that help the company stay focused and aligned.
  • Improve how we run - whether it’s fixing workflows, building new systems, or getting blockers out of the way.
  • Jump in wherever needed - we’re a startup. Everyone gets their hands dirty.
  • Be a force multiplier for the leadership team – helping the company move faster and smarter

Your profile
  • You’ve spent 3–5 years in a high-performing environment (consulting, VC, fast-scaling startup, etc.).
  • You love making things work better, faster, clearer, more efficient.
  • You’re structured, organised, resourceful, and not afraid to say, “I’ll figure it out.”
  • You’re financially fluent, comfortable working with budgets, metrics, and business models.
  • You’re a clear communicator who can distill complexity and get people moving.
  • You’re resilient when things change fast, and know how to stay grounded and focused.
  • You’re eager to grow and see this role as a launchpad toward your own startup, C-suite role, or long-term operator path
  • Are fluent in English (German and/or Portuguese a plus)
